Leo Thomason, Executive Director
Leo Thomason is known world-wide as an expert in natural gas fueling and vehicle technology. A professional trainer and experienced technical consultant, Leo helps fleet managers, technicians and drivers understand the nuances of using natural gas as a transportation fuel. Over the past two decades, he has personally trained more than 18,000 students in the United States, Europe, India, Bangladesh, Philippines and Malaysia.
Leo possesses specialized, in-depth and hands-on working knowledge of CNG fueling stations, and has assisted dozens of clients in solving technical and design problems that could not/would not be solved by others. In addition, he has helped customers size, design and specify fueling stations and supported them through the proposal selection and construction processes to make sure the stations met their needs.
Leo Thomason began his career in the natural gas utility industry at Pacific Gas & Electric Company in California. He holds an MBA in Management Science from California State University, Hayward, California and a BS in Industrial Technology from California State University, Fresno, California.
Annalloyd Thomason, Vice President/General Manager
Annalloyd Thomason has more than 20 years’ experience in NGV business development and management. She is a seasoned trainer, facilitator and sought-after speaker. Annalloyd’s previous projects have spanned the scope of NGV business development issues, including NGV-related strategic planning, policy development, business plan development, market analysis, marketing plan development and sales and marketing training. She is known for her “real-world” approach to NGV market development, helping clients ensure that their plans are both feasible and sound.
Annalloyd began her career in the natural gas utility industry at Lone Star Gas Company in Dallas, Texas, where she was Director of Marketing. She holds an MBA in Management from Amberton University in Dallas, Texas and a BBA in Management from Abilene Christian University in Abilene, Texas.
Gordon Larsen, Instructor
Gordon Larsen has more than 40 years of experience working as an NGV fleet supervisor, an educator and an NGV and fueling expert.
During his tenure at Questar Gas, he managed the company’s fleet of 900 vehicles – 800 of which ran on natural gas. He also served in NGV business development capacities, helping customers introduce NGVs and fueling into their operations. He has earned master-technician certifications from Ford and GM, and diesel certifications from Allison,
Cummins, Detroit Diesel and Caterpillar.
In 2005, he received a Lifetime Achievement Award from Natural Gas Vehicles for America (NGVA) and Clean Vehicle Education Foundation (CVEF). In addition to his career at Questar Gas, Larsen is an expert on National Fire Prevention Association (NFPA) regulations. He has served as a codes enforcement inspector and instructor for the North Davis Fire Department as well as fire marshal liaison.
Bill Marchetti has provided automotive and diesel technical training since 1984. He started out as a “petroleum transfer engineer” at the local gas station, fell in love with fixing cars and trucks and has been in the industry ever since. He has worked as a technician and service writer in both the independent and dealership arenas.
Bill’s technical training experience includes 15 years with Robert Bosch, as well as additional training tenures with Atlas Supply Company, Midas International and Interstate Batteries. An auto technician by vocation, Bill still performs all his own repairs.
Bill currently holds ASE certifications as an Automotive Master Technician, L1 Advanced Engine Performance, Undercar Specialist, Service Advisor, Parts Specialist, and ASE Truck certifications in Gasoline Engines, Diesel Engines, and Electrical Systems categories. He is a Langevin Certified Technical trainer and a CSA certified CNG Fuel System Inspector. Bill is also a member of iATN.
Sabrina Dodd, Customer Solutions Manager
Sabrina Dodd is a Customer Solutions Manager for NGVi. In this position, Sabrina works with clients to assess their training and/or consulting needs and develops appropriate solutions to make sure those needs are addressed. Sabrina enjoys using her customer focused and friendly approach to build long-term client relationships.
Sabrina’s background includes experience in the nonprofit and service industries, working in both customer service and human resources. Sabrina graduated from the College of Southern Nevada with a Business Associates and is currently completing a BS in Public Administration with a minor in Human Services at University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
Kristy Maston, Customer Service Manager
Kristy Maston, Customer Service Manager, has been with NGVi since 2009. In this role she oversees the customer service team, is the first point of contact for all customer inquiries and manages all aspects of NGVi‘s in-house training classes. In addition, Kristy also handles client proposal preparation, customer inquiry data reporting and monitors customer satisfaction.
Kristy’s background includes a variety of experience in the hospitality and nonprofit industries in various administrative roles. Kristy graduated magna cum laude from the Metropolitan State College of Denver with a BA in the Individualized Degree Program focusing on event planning and promotion with a minor in nonprofit organization administration.
Jamie Johnson, Customer Service Specialist
Jamie Johnson joined the NGVi team in 2011. As a Customer Service Specialist, Jamie manages all aspects of planning and coordinating public training classes, from securing venues to material preparation and data tracking. In addition, she fields registrant inquiries and assists class attendees throughout the registration process.
Jamie earned her BA in International Relations with a minor in Dramatic Art from the University of California at Davis. She began her career as an Administrative Claims Specialist for a third-party insurance administrator, where she gained valuable experience both in creative problem solving and providing customer support. Jamie prides herself on her interpersonal skills, and enjoys using them in her day-to-day work.
Kasia McBride, Marketing Manager
Kasia McBride is a seasoned marketing professional with experience in research, strategy, and promotional design. She has more than eight years’ direct experience in the natural gas transportation fuel industry, and more than 16 years of broad-ranging marketing experience, working for organizations both in Europe and the USA.
Her responsibilities include marketing strategy, creative design, website and database management, and market research. Kasia has designed and implemented numerous marketing projects for both NGVi and our clients, including marketing and training materials development, trade show exhibits, promotional email campaigns, educational publications, and websites. She holds undergraduate & graduate degrees in Marketing and Human Resources from Poland and Masters of Business Administration Degree from City University, Seattle, Washington.
